This position involves the strategic planning and execution of the Internal Training Calendar and addressing specific training needs across various departments. Furthermore, the Training & Development Officer manages the Apprenticeship, Traineeship, and Work Experience programs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and continuous improvement.
