About the role: The Buy It Right (BIR) Team are seeking to appoint a service-focused Trainer to join our Melbourne/Sydney office on a full time basis. The role is nationally responsible is responsible for Training and Supporting retail pharmacy staff on the use of BIR to achieve improved product stock profile, working capital savings, and resource efficiencies in the store. You will be responsible for: Train staff on the proper use of BIR and how it works with the pharmacy point-of-sale system. Be competent in the pharmacy point-of-sale system that BIR operates on. Understand ordering process and troubleshoot replenishment queries. Follow up on Initial training with the pharmacy team to review previous Training and provide ongoing support to retail staff as they lean and use the software. Develop and deliver training programs and materials, including presentations or user guides. Respond to helpdesk queries to educate and improve the customer experience. Monitor the progress of stores and provide feedback and coaching to improve their performance. Respond to helpdesk queries to educate and improve the customer experience. Educate the BIR and PAG team to support the implementation of the solution to the wider customer base. Skills and experience required: Extensive experience working in Training and/or Learning and Development role, preferably within the Pharmacy space. Experience using Buy It Right System. Experience in Stock Management. Experienced in training virtually. Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment.
