About the role
We are currently seeking a Training and Systems Administrator to join Laing O'Rourke at their Learning Hub in Malaga, WA to ensure the smooth delivery and function of the LOR WA Learning Hub and the EIFY Workforce Management System.
This permanent, full-time role offers exciting career opportunities in joining a people-centric, privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise. The role offers opportunities for progression into the Health and Safety or Training streams.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain rosters for LOR trainers to ensure course delivery coverage
- Facilitate and run Training and induction sessions as and when required
- Maintain and update the Information Management system (EIFY) and implement corrective action for all non-compliance
- Prepare training attendance registers and training checklists and print and activate EIFY cards
- Set up meeting rooms, issue invitations and monitor and manage booking numbers.
- Maintain office filing and support systems and manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide all round administrative support to the functional manager and wider Health, Safety and Environment Team
About you
- Strong previous experience working in a site based administration role is desirable
- Desire to develop and advance your career in HSE is preferred
- Qualification related to HSE or working towards one is desirable but not mandatory
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and escalate as required.
- Workforce management systems experience and Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
