AGL in the Upper Hunter region of NSW is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Training Coordinator to join our Training and Competency Team at our Macquarie power station. In this role, you will play a crucial part in scheduling, coordinating, and maintaining comprehensive records for our training programs.
Your Key Responsibilities:Plan and organise training sessions.
Work closely with leaders, planning teams, and external training providers.
Maintain accurate training records, verify licenses and qualifications, and generate reports.
Effectively organise and engage stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure smooth training delivery.
Assist site management teams in sourcing specialised training services.
Provide administrative support to the Training and Competency Team, including entering SAP notifications, purchase requisitions, and managing the team's intranet site.
Previous experience in Training Support or a similar administrative role.
Excellent organisational skills to meet specific time-frames and deadlines.
Competent in using integrated IT systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, eTIME – desirable but not necessary) and MS Office applications, including database design and complex spreadsheet formulas.
Effective communication skills to interact with people at all levels.
Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
