What does your new role look like?
Primarily responsible for supporting students you will have a strong compliance focus covering file management, assessment completion/compliance and student enrolment and progression.
With a unique opportunity to utilise your passion for customer service you will be responsible for identifying and converting opportunities to enrolments, handling inbound enquiries, and supporting students throughout their learning right through to graduation.

- Strong administration skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Great time management skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Exceptional communications skills, with confidence providing support over the phone, via email and in person
- The ability to follow through on tasks to ensure administrative and compliance obligations are met
- Prior experience within the training industry (highly regarded)
- Prior experience in internal review and monitoring practices (highly regarded)
