We are seeking an exceptional Training Coordinator with a robust background in the Oil & Gas or LNG industries.
This role is perfect for someone who has evolved from a technical hands-on position into more strategic roles and is now looking to leverage their comprehensive knowledge to develop and implement training programs.
Training Coordinator- Oil & Gas/LNG Sector
Location: Queensland, Australia
Contract: Two Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training modules tailored for a variety of job roles within the maintenance and reliability functions of the LNG/Oil & Gas industry.
- Use the provided competency matrix to ensure all training programs meet the mandatory and as-required competencies for each job role.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that bridges the gap between technical expertise and operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate:
-Has extensive experience in the LNG or Oil & Gas sectors, with a focus on electrical instrumentation.
- Demonstrates a strong transition from technical roles, such as a technician, to leadership or program development roles.
- Possesses the ability to understand and integrate complex competencies into effective training programs.
- Is based in Queensland or willing to travel frequently, with a clear understanding of the local industry landscape.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in electrical instrumentation within the Oil & Gas or LNG sectors.
- Prior experience in developing and managing training programs for technical roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with technicians and engineers alike.
