We are currently seeking for a passionate and highly motivated Manager to join our growing team and participate in the start-up of the training department. The successful candidate will have recent and relevant industry experience in the following qualifications.
- BSB40920 Certificate IV in Project Management
- BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management
- BSB40320 Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business
- BSB50120 Diploma of Business
- ELICOS
Key selection criteria:
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
- Current Working with Children Check Card and National Police Certificate
- Minimum 3 years industry experience
- A relevant qualification at the Diploma or degree level.
- Computer Literacy skills and ability to adopt to new systems.

Responsibility:
- Ensure the Edunex Training maintains a quality approach to training and assessment within all of its courses.
- Ensure all training and assessment processes and systems are managed in compliance with the VET Quality Framework including the Standards for RTOs, as well as the ESOS Act 2000 and the National Code 2018
- Ensure that Edunex Training transitions to new Training Packages within 12 months of their publication on the National Register.
- Manage the transition from superseded Training Packages within 12 months of their publication on the National Register.
- Manage transition from expired accredited courses so that it delivers only currently accredited courses.
- Ensure Edunex Training recognises the qualifications and statements of attainment issued by any other Australian Registered Training Organisation.
- Ensure Edunex Training has a fair and accessible approach to Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and all students are given the opportunity to apply for RPL upon enrolment.
- Ensure Edunex Training consults effectively with industry in relation to all courses on its Scope of Registration.
- Lead validation activities according to the Validation Plan and ensure they are carried out in accordance with the Validation Policy and Procedure
- Respond to critical incidents according to the Critical Incident Policy and Procedure.
- Support students to meet student course progress and attendance requirements in order to meet their expected course durations and VISA requirements.
- Assist students to access welfare support as needed free of charge
- Notify students of unsatisfactory attendance and course progress
- Organise and attend meetings to create student intervention strategies in order to help students meet their attendance and course progress requirements.
- Report students via PRISMS where they have demonstrated unsatisfactory course progress in two consecutive study periods and/or has failed to meet attendance requirements despite interventions implemented

- ASQA’s General Directions and Fact Sheets
- Relevant Commonwealth, State or Territory legislation and regulatory requirements which are relevant to its operations and Scope of Registration.
- The ESOS Act 2000 and the National Code 2018
- Australian Vocational Education and Training Management Information and Statistical Standards (AVETMISS)
- Ensure ASQA is notified of any significant changes to Edunex Training’s control, management or operations
