About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Training Manager will lead the charge in establishing and optimizing the training function, identifying training needs, and crafting tailored programs to cater to the unique demands of the business.
Your collaboration with the General Manager and Head of Programming will ensure that franchise owners can consistently deliver to the brand's exacting standards.
To excel in this role, you'll navigate and influence a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders while ensuring effective and efficient operations, with a steadfast sense of urgency.

Key Selection Criteria
- Certificate IV In training and assessment
- Experience delivering Franchise training, or training across a dispersed network, desirable
- Proven experience in identifying capability gaps and developing learning plans
- Experience managing multiple, complex and time sensitive training projects
- Strong relationship management skills, with a commercial mindset
- Strong ability with digital training platforms and use of technology
- The ability to work well under pressure within set deadlines.
- Strong work ethic with a flexible and accessible approach, given the dynamic nature of the sports industry.
