We are in search of a dynamic Training Programs Coordinator to join a dedicated Program Delivery team. This pivotal full-time role, offering flexible arrangements, will require you to meticulously managed training and development initiatives, provide customer support and manage a very busy inbox for the department.
Key responsibilities include:
Establishing valuable partnerships with premier learning and development providers to ensure course offerings are second to none.
Crafting and managing a comprehensive calendar of professional development courses tailored to the evolving needs of the public sector.
Overseeing all logistical aspects of course delivery, including venue selection, registration processes, and the distribution of course materials, ensuring a flawless learning experience.
Serving as the first point of contact for inquiries, you'll embody our client’s commitment to exceptional service and teamwork.
Playing a key role in the ideation and execution of cutting-edge learning and development initiatives that push the boundaries of public sector excellence.
Leading the charge in enhancing systems and processes, from the CRM to the learning management system, to elevate our operational efficiency and impact.
Providing comprehensive support to our broader team in the delivery of various events, reinforcing our mission of sector-wide capability building.
Ideal background sought:
A proven track record of managing significant programs, demonstrating exceptional time and financial management, along with the initiative and judgment to lead effectively.
Previous experience working within a government entity, or a membership-based organisation would be highly advantageous.
Tertiary qualifications in business administration, learning and development, or an equivalent combination of experience and education ideally sought.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to work seamlessly with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Hands-on experience in administering and coordinating both online and in-person events from start to finish, ensuring every detail is accounted for and every event is a success.
Sound abilities using CRM systems, learning management software, and the MS Office Suite.
An ability to report and analyse data efficiently is essential.
