The Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) incorporating the Faculty of Pain Medicine, is an internationally recognised specialist medical education institution responsible for the training, examinations, specialist qualification, and continuing professional development of all anaesthetists and pain medicine specialists in Australia and New Zealand.
The college's purpose is to serve our communities by leading high quality patient care in anaesthesia, perioperative and pain medicine, optimizing health and reducing the burden of pain.
About the opportunity:
The Training Program Administrator, Faculty of Pain Medicine (FPM) provides administrative support for the pain medicine Training Program including coordinating a weekly tutorial program for trainees.
This role reports to the Training, Accreditation and Communications Officer.

Essential:
- Sound experience in an administrative or clerical role in a professional environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Intermediate to advanced MS-Office skills
- Demonstrated experience working on databases and/or learning management systems
- Experienced with Zoom or a similar platform
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to accurately prepare correspondence
- Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to liaise confidently with a range of individuals in order to achieve successful outcomes
- Strong initiative, the ability to identify when matters need to be attended to and take appropriate action
- Well-developed organisational and personal time management skills
- Team-player
- Experience gained in an academic and/or committee environment would be an advantage
- Tertiary qualification in business, administration or relevant discipline
