The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide highly efficient administration support to our Training Services program and facilitate the successful delivery of training in house, externally or remotely across a variety of platforms ensuring participants have a positive experience throughout.
You:

- have experience with student management or e-learning systems (desirable)
- have experience in working in high volume, high paced work environments
- are known for your accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Support the enrolment, enquiry and participate cycle of all training participants
- Coordinate registration of participants, distributing pre-training information and liaison with participants when attending training on site at Yilabara
- Support the administration and coordination of enrolment and compliance documentation ensuring all documentation is complete, compliant and entered correctly into the relevant systems
- Assist with the gathering of feedback and producing reports for management
- Assist in the development and marketing collateral to assist with the growth and development of Yilabara Training Services
- Aboriginality including lived experience and understanding of the issues affecting people in contemporary Australian society. Aboriginality has been determined as a genuine occupational qualification for the role in accordance with the Anti-Discrimination Act (s.14(d)).
- Extensive experience in providing high quality, customer-focused administrative services and responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders through a range of mediums in a fast paced, collaborative team environment.
- Proven skills in the provision of high quality, customer-focused administration support including meeting and event coordination, booking venues, maintaining registers and general administration
- Ability to manage competing priorities whilst still meeting deadlines
- Sound interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including the capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate professionally at all levels.
- High level computer skills including online database/CRM systems and significant experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Valid NSW Working With Children Check for paid employment (WWCC) and National Police Check
- Driver Licence (Class C, P2).
- Experience with VETrak or other Student Management Systems
