Form of workWe are seeking a confident Site Administrator with a background in training on a coal mine site.
Your new company
Our client is an industry leader in the mining sector, with several mine sites located across the Queensland Bowen Basin. There is currently an opportunity available to join their team as an administration professional.
Your new role
The successful applicant will provide a high level of administration and training support while working on site for the shutdown department. The primary functions of this position will include:
- Assist with Reporting
- Participate in creating and implementing training programs
- Financial reporting (as required)
- Submit reports on training activities and results
- Document control – utilising BMA systems
- Maintain training records
- Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies
What you'll need to succeed
To be succeed in this role, you will require the following:
- Experience in a training department at a coal mine site
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Strong communication
- Self-motivated
- SAP experience
- Current Coal Board Medical or willing to obtain
- BMA Standard 11 or willing to obtain
What you'll get in return
You will join a welcoming and supportive team working a Monday to Friday roster. This is for an asap start for a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension. Camp is provided for all DIDO candidates.
