Our client URGENTLY requires a Transition Manager for 24-months + Contract in Canberra.
The Transition Manager will be working closely with current Acquisition and Sustainment organisations to plan and implement the capability integration is maintained throughout transition.
Skills and Experience required includes:
- Minimum 5 years Transition or relevant Defence project experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant external stakeholder management and Logistics Management.
- Develop and deliver required Transition Plans and successfully conduct handover/takeover and commissioning of acquired systems.
- Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and present recommendations to support project delivery.
Must have a current NV1 security clearance.
