In this role you will have flexibility in your location, working across a cluster of facilities in the Western NSW Local Health District, delivered through a combination of virtual and in person support.
You'll provide autonomous and collaborative care in an advanced and extended nursing clinical role, targeting three of the six meta-specialities including emergency/ acute, aging/ palliative and primary health care.
Managing a broad range of acute and chronic presentations across the lifespan to address patient and community needs, you'll also receive and make referrals to facilitate integrated care across disciplines or teams. You'll have the opportunity to maintain your clinical skills through ongoing support and patient care, while at the forefront of healthcare advancements, while fulfilling your passion for patient-centred care, education, advocacy, clinical governance and patient safety.
