About The Role
We are searching for a confident and driven individual to join the Yatala office working with the office allrounder and administration team.
Duties:
- Entering Bills in Xero
- Reconciling payments
- Aged Receivables and Payables
- Liaising with customers
- Booking in Pick Ups
- Quoting Jobs
- Checking final pricing of Jobs
- Scanning POD's
- Data Entry
- Communicating with drivers and office staff
- Answering phones
- General office duties
- Liaising with Queensland Transport to book vehicle inspections
- Communicating with Insurance companies
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of freight and Logistics is highly regarded
- Must be able to multi-task
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – Great on the phone

- Good technical ability – will use multiple screens and systems
- Team player and the confidence to work independently
