The Role:
- Schedule all transport movements of Alfasi Equipment Hire VIC branch to suit company and client requirements.
- Maximise the utilisation of the Alfasi owned trucks and trailers, and support the operation through the appropriate use of Sub- Contractor drivers.
- Ensure compliance with all current road rules for transport including arranging permits, pilots, and police escorts etc.
- Maintain copy of all current road and safety regulations and legislation
- Oversee Alfasi drivers, hours & time sheets.
- Oversee all sub-contract drivers and ensure inductions are current.
- Liaise with the Hire Desk
- Communicate with workshop to ensure run-ups of access equipment is done in a timely manner to ensure they are ready for immediate re-hire.
- Liaising with other AEH personnel to coordinate pick up and deliveries as well as any sales inquiries
Requirements:
- High level of administration and computer literacy, strong and confident sales person
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- High level Problem Solving Skills
- Minimum 2 years in similar role/s
