Your new role awaits Based at our Ingleburn Branch, the Transport Coordinator is responsible for arranging the safest, most cost-effective and efficient transport of equipment for the Coates Business. This can be for interstate, intrastate or customer requirements.
- Source transport services for delivery and pickup of equipment for Coates branches.
- Schedule daily deliveries in Coates’ transport management software using both Coates’ drivers and contractor drivers
- Liaise with Fleet and Operations departments to ensure timely delivery and pickup of equipment.
- Ensure Purchase orders are raised and completed within the given month.
About you As well as having amazing customer service skills and a Can-Do, flexible attitude, you will have:
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance skills
- Geographical knowledge of Sydney Metro
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment in a similar role
- Proven Computer skills
