ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Transport & Logistics Officer to join our team in West Perth. This role involves verifying stock movement to meet facility needs and is crucial in our Procurement & Logistics Team. Your expertise in inventory management will be invaluable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and dispatching goods and verifying movements of stock.
- Coordination – Delivery in Full time.
- Centralised transport entries – Bookings, Delivery Docket
- Preparing delivery schedules.
- Entering data into a database.
- Managing incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Work collaboratively with personnel across all business units.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- 2 years’ proven experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong MSO365 Skills.
- ERP Experience desired.
- Experience in Stock/inventory management.
- Logistics Certificate Desirable.
- Experience in the mining and resources sector, preferably in the Pilbara region.
