We currently have an opening in our Operations team based at the Acacia Ridge depot.
Reporting to the Depot Manager, this role will suit a focused individual who prides themselves on their accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Assist with the planning, scheduling of deliveries and other operational day to day tasks
- Liaising with internal staff including drivers, admin, operations and workshop personnel
- Customer service & data entry
- Assisting other team members and departments as required
The successful applicant will possess the following skills;
- Excellent administrative abilities including Microsoft products
- Ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Reliable, flexible and team orientated
Experience is not a necessity however a willingness to learn and join a growing, ambitious team is advantageous.
