What you will enjoy doing
- You will be a member of COE Deliver Team (Distribution Services for Compressed and Bulk Gases), provide support and guidance to scheduling and distribution teams driving best practices across Australia and New Zealand
- You shall contribute to generating value by leading productivity & digitalization initiatives, proposing optimization opportunities and implementing safe, innovative and cost effective Transport Solutions
- Your responsibilities include sourcing, establish & effectively managing relationship with major distribution supplier.Execution of Carrier Management approach to all stakeholders
- Moreover, you will enable distribution function to achieve its safety, service and productivity targets.Promote a safety-first culture and support implementation of transport safety initiatives
- You will conduct knowledge sharing sessions for Distribution Managers, schedulers and other stakeholders.Lead sessions to identify potential areas of improvement and drive execution ensuring productivity targets are met
- Provide support and coordination to the business in growth and other strategic initiatives having impact on supply chain and distribution.Support periodic reviews, visits to operations sites and maintenance workshops to ensure Contractor's compliance to Linde safety requirements
- You hold a degree in Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or Supply Chain
- You come with more than 5 years experience in a dynamic environment leading Transportation Operations and/or Optimization
- Hands on experience in Contract & Project Management
- You are process driven, hold analytical and problem solving skills, detail oriented with a passion to drive continuous improvement
- You have excellent communication skills with ability to confidently lead, drive outcomes and develop diverse high-performance teams
