So, what’s the job?
- This is a high visibility role directly reporting to the CFO, Australia and New Zealand supporting the business on commercial finance and FP&A activities
- You’ll be accountable for providing value added support to the CFO and other business stakeholders by providing management information, cost transparency, analysis and advice
- You’ll assist with managing operational finance functions embedded within our ANZ business
- You’ll prepare, analyse and report on key performance drivers including monthly KPI reporting
- You’ll construct cost-benefit analyses, business cases and associated metrics for new projects and business opportunities
- You’ll assist with the budgeting and forecasting processes for the ANZ business
- You’ll build appropriate budgeting and forecasting models for the overall region, by channel, partner and cost centre
- You’ll be reporting on KPI's for key business drivers and metrics to monitor performance and trends
- You’ll support the business through consolidated analytics, insights, gap analysis and commentary for management reporting to support the delivery of business targets and initiatives
And what are we looking for?
- You’ll be CA/CPA qualified
- You’ll be experienced reporting and budgeting a full P&L
- Prior experience with Anaplan will be beneficial
- You’ll have strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial aspects in a way that can be understood by internal customers
- You’ll have strong financial modelling & analytical skills
- You’ll have strong problem-solving skills with a focus on outcomes
- You’ll be experienced in accounting standard and legislation
