About the Role
Sime Darby Industrial Australia is on the hunt for a Treasury Analyst to join our award-winning team in our South Brisbane office. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
As an Treasury Analyst you will:
- Be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of treasury operations
- Assist in determining the funding needs in case of cash shortfall, or opportunities for investments in case of cash excess.
- Assist the Treasury Manager and Treasury Specialists in respect of FX, IR, Cash and Debt Management.
- Assist the Treasury Manger in preparing liquidity forecasting reporting.
- Maintaining documentation related to loans, FX, guarantees, etc.
- Prepare monthly treasury reporting.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders including Sales, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Leasing.
- Supporting the greater finance team with adhoc treasury queries.
- Working with the Treasury Manager on projects seeking to improve efficiencies of the treasury operations and processes

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Tertiary qualified in business, commerce, accounting or related discipline
- CA/CPA qualification (or working towards completion)
- Minimum of two years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite with advanced excel skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement (both internally and externally)
