Your day to day?
Working as part of a team, this position requires you to plant trees during the cooler months, and water for establishment in the warmer months. In the watering season, the hours of work will be either 5am to 12pm or 12pm to 7pm, as agreed in accordance with our Enterprise Agreement provisions. At a minimum, candidates will require an MR truck licence, white card accredited, and a Certificate 3 in Arboriculture/Horticulture or have demonstrated equivalent experience.
As a member of the Field Services Portfolio, our employees are expected to demonstrate the objectives of safety leadership, operational excellence, customer experience and people experience.
The finer details
We have two full-time permanent vacancies to start 1 July 2024. The Tree Establishment Team Member positions are classified at ME5, with an annual base salary starting from $73,019 from 8 July 2024, plus super.
