About the Role: As Trend Engineer, you will influence, drive and coach the team in effective change management at all stages of delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Direct change management and annual project forecast update activities, developing, interpreting, and executing policy, objectives, and standards applicable to trend/change management activities. Participate in the development and change management related training of assigned personnel and the implementation of on-the-job and classroom training programs.
Provide leadership in terms of integrating the change management process with other key project procedures (e.g., Risk Management, Forecasting, Cost, Trends, and Claims) and support corporate, Global Business Unit, commercial group, and functional stakeholders in managing change related activities as required.
