The role of Trustee Services Administrator is focused on providing technical and administrative support to the Trustee Services team on a national basis.
About the role
- Technical administrative support
- Maintain regular and effective contact with internal and external stakeholders
- Management of team inboxes
- Assist Trust Managers with regular compliance tasks and service requests
- Support the estate renunciation process
- Deliver Exceptional Client Service
- To assist with projects and operational improvement initiatives
About you
- Financial industry qualifications desirable
- Minimum three years' experience in an administrative role, preferably with a Financial Services or a Trustee Company.
- A proven excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience operating in a client focused role.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance focus.
- Some knowledge of laws relating to trust & estate administration desirable.
