A Service Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the service department to ensure the efficient delivery of security solutions to our clients.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience level: Intermediate to Mid-level
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Must Have:
- Preferably with strong experience with spreadsheets like Microsoft Excel
- Problem solving & data investigation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to easily understand new processes
Responsibilities:
- Compiling Excel reports for open and aged Service jobs.
- Assisting with compilation of Excel reports for our performance on customer jobs.
- Reviewing daily security patrol reports and aligning with relevant customer work orders and PMT job numbers for invoicing.
- Gathering detail from different data sources and consolidating into our job management system
- Data Entry
- Invoicing
- Liaising with our Service Coordinators and customers regarding new job requests and for existing job updates.
- Interaction with various programs and customer portals to obtain or update data.
- Job Creation in our job management software, simPRO, when work orders are received from our customers.
- Ad-hoc requests and other administrative tasks as required.
