About the role
My client is looking for two expeienced Administration Officers to join the team on a temp to perm full time ongoing basis. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a friendly "can-do" attitude and be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Entry level & experienced administrators encouraged to apply.

You will be responsible for:
- Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
- Showing initiative to enhance processes and suggest ideas for ongoing improvement
- Providing all round support to the senior coordinators
- Prepare, generate, and monitor monthly reports
- Assist management with any other duties as directed
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Intermediate excel skills
- SAP experience preferred
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Reliable and self motivated
