Aesthetic Medical Device Sales Manager Position at Cryomed Aesthetics –NSW / ACT

We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong appetite for success for a Full-Time Aesthetics Sales position in Sydney. In this role, you will be focusing on selling our No.1 hero product : ULTRAFORMER MPT / ULTRAFORMER III as well as a range of high-end aesthetic medical devices to cosmetic Dr’s, plastic surgeons, dermatologists and cosmetics clinics. .
This is a dynamic and autonomous role where you will seek out and identify prospective customers from various sources, initiate contact to establish relationships, and understand their various needs and opportunities to sell into their business. The ability to qualify potential customers and the patience to fully explore their needs and provide appropriate solutions whilst developing trusting relationships is key. Other duties include coordinating and reporting back to the head office team.
We are looking for an ambitious individual from industry with a strong desire for success. Effective time management, positive, high energy, self-discipline, focus and the ability to work with people at all levels. .
Experience in the aesthetics industry or a HIFU operating background will be highly regarded, however, the ability to quickly understand the technical aspects of products and build a strong network of sales will be the measurement of your success.
Base salary, vehicle allowance, and a generous commission structure are on offer - this role will give you an opportunity to earn $250K-$300K a year!
You will be based in our beautiful Cryomed Head Office in Alexandria.
To be successful in this role, you will require the following:
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets. (ideally medical , pharmaceutical or healthcare)
- Deep knowledge on HIFU technology will be highly regarded
- An ability to connect with people with strong communication skills
- Be highly organised with a positive and determined work ethic
- A passion for delivering benchmark customer service standards
- A true team player who cares about the company goal
- A drive to excel in all you do with a “get it done” positive attitude
- The ability to work autonomously but succeed as a team

We offer Base Salary + Super + Car allowance + uncapped commission + Fuel and MORE (OTE $250K-$300K+) !
