Umpire Administration Officer

Perth Netball Association is seeking a highly organised, team-oriented person with a friendly, helpful nature to provide administrative support to our umpire development programs.

Perth Netball Association (PNA) is the largest netball association in Western Australia.  Based at the Matthews Netball Centre in Wembley, PNA conducts competitions and programs for our 7,000 members, including netball competitions in Winter and Spring, as well as development programs for players, coaches, umpires and volunteers.  We also co-manage the Matthews Netball Centre which has 46 hard courts and a modern administration building with changerooms, canteen and facilities for club storage.

The Umpire Administration Officer provides service and support to our umpire development team and office staff.  They play a critical role in the successful implementation of our umpire development programs.

This position is part-time upto 3 days per week.

We are seeking a highly organised individual with a friendly, helpful attitude. Our ideal candidate will have sound customer service skills, a high level of computer literacy and the ability to work as part of a team.

• High level of planning and organisation skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet conflicting deadlines
• Good problem solving skills and ability to use initiative
• Ability to collaborate with others and work in a team environment
• High level computer literacy, including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products

Desirable skills and experience

• Experience working within a member-based organisation.
• Some understanding of netball.
