About the role:

You will ensure that set targets are achieved through the dealer network by making use of industry knowledge within the automotive industry. You are expected to build strong relationships through communication and bring value into the Dealer Network. The role is to continue to develop and maintain a highly motivated Dealer Network capable of achieving and exceeding sales volumes. Its a great time to join! In particular you will -
- Train, develop and motivate dealership team members to achieve and exceed set targets and market objectives.
- Ensure Dealer standards and development is in line with MG's operating standards
- Ensure that internal dealer reporting is accurate and on time
- Develop and implement business plans to ensure profitability
- Provide feedback to the Regional General Manager on dealer / zone performance, market insights and competitor best practice.
- Provide feedback on Dealer's performance
- Investigate areas of opportunity
- Ensure that set targets are achieved on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Monitor data to ensure that the sales metrics are where they need to be
About you:
- Automotive experience within sales
- Sound knowledge of retail and wholesale operations within the automotive industry
- Strong sales, marketing and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Outstanding customer service, excellent communication - a polished approach.
- The ability to build strong professional relationships
- A results orientated / achieving mindset
