ABOUT THE ROLE
Help shape the future of Bedding retail and create unforgettable customer experiences as our next Sleep Specialist.
Step into a dynamic role that invites you to participate in launching Amart’s newest showroom bedding concept. Our spacious showrooms are poised to display a diverse selection of premium products and an amazing selection of Bedding & Mattresses.
We are looking for highly motivated Bedding Sales Specialists (Sleep) who are able to work independently at our busy Warrawong store. We are seeking a professional sales consultant who believes in the product and can sell high ticket price items. Amart Furniture strives in success and rewards its Team Members with store incentives and bonuses.
Our large format stores mean that there are many opportunities for growth and development within the Warrawong team. Roles that you could land include:
- Full Time Bedding Sales Specialist
- Casual Bedding Sales Specialist
As a Bedding Sales Specialist, you are the first person to interact with our customers when they enter the store. How you provide service to them will ultimately influence whether they purchase, or whether they return to shop with us in the future.
You will be expected to reach set targets and maximise sales opportunities by delivering exceptional in-store experiences for our customers. You will build rapport, helping to identify the customer’s needs and in turn you will be able to confidently recommend suitable products and solutions. You will maintain the store to a high standard visually and will perform other duties to ensure a clean and safe working environment for yourself and the team.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to learn and listen about customer needs
- Educate on quality and price
- Understanding of accountability around KPI's
- Flexible to work across weekends
- Bright and engaging personality
- Previous Bedding Sales experience is desired but not mandatory for the Casual role
We are looking for someone with experience in customer facing or sales roles. You will enjoy learning as you will need to become a knowledge expert in the range we stock. You are energetic and have a hunger to not only achieve sales and service targets but exceed them.
