About the Team and the Role
The team you will join is welcoming and knowledgeable and ready to collaborate to continually improve our systems and processes.
You will undertake the full range of Venue Coordinator activities encompassing the coordination and operation of Drill Hall Common Sporting facilities including Marie Bashir Mosman Sports Centre, Drill Hall and Netball Courts. You will also manage the day to day operation of facilities to ensure they are open and operational for booked usage, and you’ll oversee the management and rostering of support staff.
You will provide high level of customer service, including setting up and packing down facilities and assist users of sports, activities or meetings in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring facilities are well maintained.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in recreational facilities booking management or office administration with knowledge of and experience in undertaking general office administrative duties.
You will also hold excellent communications, conflict resolution, negotiation and problem solving skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
In addition to the above, you will also hold a current First Aid Certificate and a valid NSW Drivers Licence.
