We are in search of an experience and hands-on Venue Manager to lead our team and business into the future. - Experience in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant
- The ability to ensure standards are maintained and the restaurant operates seamlessly

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead by example in a hands-on role
- Lead & support a diverse FOH & BOH Team
- Work alongside the Operations team and Assistant Venue Manager to activate profitability levers
- Possess excellent guest engagement and service
- Strong organisational skills
- Exude company culture
- Create and develop menu on a FOH & BOH perspective
- Strive to deliver and exceed customer expectations in all aspects, service, atmosphere & value for money
