What is the role?
We are seeking a superstar Venue Manager for our BRAND NEWTimezone Ballarat venue! You will be the leader of the pack and the captain of FUN! Your strong leadership and business acumen will directly influence the success of this venue and you will champion our values every day. You will be supported by and also provide support to the dynamic and loyal team and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.

- A hands on and effective manager with experience in managing a busy hospitality/retail/entertainment venue
- A pro-active and innovative leader that can not only achieve results but inspire your team to push just as hard as you
- Strong relationship builder to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate and social group bookings
