The Role
We are looking for our next superstar receptionist to join our team on a Full-Time basis. This role will see you:
Dealing with client enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
Managing the appointment schedule
Processing payments & balancing end of day takings
Administration support to our team of Veterinarians and Nurses
Client education and product sales
A permanent full-time role
No weekend's and no after hours
Veterinary experience is preferred.
Processing insurance claims
The ideal candidate will be someone who has:
Exceptional customer service skills and phone manner
Provides high standards of care to our clients and patients
Mature and professional when dealing with clients
Excellent at time management and multi-tasking
Ability to use initiative, working in a team and independently when required
Knowledge of RX Works
