We are inviting all customer service enthusiasts to join the dynamic and lively Nature Parks attractions teams!
We are excited to offer:
- Part time positions with a minimum of 20 hours per fortnight and casual positions
- Scale 1 hourly rate inclusive of hourly allowance for 7-day roster (Monday to Sunday) & public holidays
- Work for one of Australia's leading conservation and sustainable eco-tourism organisations
- Please note that availability to work on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays is required

Key Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated high level of experience in customer service
- Previous experience in visitor engagement, sales and service duties within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide high quality service, information and guidance to a diverse range of visitors including non English speaking visitors.
- Experience in system use, point of sale, ticketing systems and cash handling and use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proven ability to follow directions, de-escalate and resolve conflict and multi-task and prioritise in a diverse environment
- Demonstrated communication and problem-solving skills

- Working with Children Check
- Drivers’ License
- First Aid Level II and CPR
