We are seeking a customer-centric Visitor Services Officer to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

As a Visitor Experience Officer, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for all visitors to our resort. This position requires a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in ensuring visitors have a seamless and enjoyable experience. This is a visitor facing role that provides information, services and support to visitors, stakeholders, and the community.
What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience in customer service, tourism or Visitor Services information
- First aid certificate HLTAID011 (desirable)
- Victorian Working With Children Card – Employee Type (mandatory)
- Prior experience in cash handling / EFTPOS (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
