At Inditex you will find more than a job.As a Visual commercial, you are responsible for the image and layout of your store, making sure the latest trends and best sellers are represented according to the company specifications, balancing between commerciality and image.Position Duties:
- Attending and conducting store briefings and reading all store updates provided by management to maintain an awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store;
- Following the reasonable directions of management to maintain a good image for the product and the store (e.g. folding and displaying products) within your designated section(s) of the store;
- Providing customer service both face to face and over the telephone;
- Keep up to date on the latest fashion trends and provide feedback on the competitor’s activities.
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of products and promotions including;
- Awareness of new arrivals, best sellers, offering alternatives;
- Answering customer queries and requests and preparing and implementing customer service action plans;
- Processing deliveries and the preparation of stock to ensure that it is available for replenishment on the shop floor at all times;
- Processing sales, exchanges and refunds efficiently, accurately, and strictly in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures;
- Manage and plan the commercial and visual activities of the store in a daily/weekly and seasonal manner.
- Work alongside with the Operational Manager to ensure that the best RFID practice is in place at all times.
- Manage product levels in the store and communicate with the senior management of any product needs.
- Providing reports throughout the day to managers and colleagues;
- Analyze daily information and react to it accordingly.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, tertiary qualifications beneficial but not necessary’
- Appreciation for fashion & product
- Minimum 2 years experience leading a team
- Passionate about customer service

- Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
