Our passion is anchored in our wine and our place, but our ambition requires that we focus on building an experience to match. And that’s where we’re looking for someone to come and fill the unique role of House Coordinator in the Voyager Estate team.
Responsibilities:
The House Coordinator:
- Manages the daily operations of the housekeeping staff across four Voyager Estate private properties ensuring the Voyager Estate private homes and properties are maintained to the highest standard.
- Provides a comfortable experience and interacts effectively with all levels of management, guests, associates, and clientele, both inside and outside of the Company.
- Cooks or organises catering and serves meals for various Company occasions when required, in addition to various other duties as required.
This role requires the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Flexibility to work additional hours beyond the contracted 20 hours per week;
- Exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail;
- The ability to provide an experience commensurate with the Voyager Estate brand;
- Great communication skills and the ability to manage a cohesive team;
- The ability to manage a budget;
- Current driver’s license.
