We currently have a permanent position available within our WA Branch. The role of Administration Manager, based in Perth (WA Branch) reports directly to the Western Region Manager and will predominantly be focused on providing administrative support to the branch and Senior Management.
Responsibilities will include providing leadership and support to frontline support staff across the branch, reviewing processes and implementing system improvements. A key objective of the role is to develop and maintain a competent administration workforce that is flexible, multi-skilled and customer service focused.
The position calls for a motivated self-starter with sound leadership experience and superior communication skills.
The responsibilities of the successful applicant will include but not be limited to:
- Manage the WA Administration functions
- Control and maintenance of the Fleet Management
- Office maintenance including Air Conditioner maintenance and general contractors
- Manage online client safety inductions
- Administrative duties for allocated member of the team
- Document development
- Sales Support tasks as required
- PowerPoint development and preparation as required
- Administrative duties for branch/department, including monthly reports as required.
The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in corporate reception role (essential)
- Exceptional communication skills with a warm and friendly communication style
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle a variety of duties
- Experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail
- Accurate typing skills
- Strong team player attributes
