Role Description
This role provides an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's fastest-growing IT Organisations (CRN Fast 50 Finalists 2018 - 2021, Financial Times APAC Finalist 2020 - 2021). We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our growing WA Operations in a customer-facing, leadership position.
In this role, you will be responsible for running all Western Australian Service Delivery and ensuring our Customers’ Experience is at the forefront of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- State Leadership – create a working environment to drive operational efficiencies and encourage professional growth within your team,
- Ensuring State-wide operations meet or exceed our client expectations as per contracted deliverables such as KPIs, SLAs, etc.
- Ensuring the state upholds internal and external compliance obligations,
- Maintaining and achieving a high level of client satisfaction and ensuring our customer experience is at the forefront of our operations
- Being the main link between the Sales and Service team to State Operations and Delivery
- Work collaboratively with the Sales, Finance and Operations teams to achieve a high level of service daily,
- Act as the first point of contact for internal or external escalations for all of the Western Australian matters,
- Maintain and develop relationships with key customer stakeholders,
- A proactive and innovative customer-orientated mindset to drive a high level of service,
- Strong attention to detail,
- Proven performers in their respective fields,
- An agile, motivated and enthusiastic leader with strong customer service attributes,
- Ability to run and manage several tasks and projects simultaneously,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills,
- Experience in the IT industry is advantageous however not essential.
