Temporary Part Time (22.5 hours per week) up to 18 March 2024
Overview
A great opportunity is available for a reliable and motivated Ward Clerk who will provide general administrative support on the ward, within the Port Lincoln Health Service and to facilitate communication with the health service, patients/clients and other services as required.
Duties will include general reception and administrative duties, answering, screening and directing telephone enquiries, organising inpatient/outpatient appointments; ordering of consumables, stationary, high quality work processing and desktop publishing providing assistance to other Nursing employees as required and/or requested.

It is expected that applicants will have:
a proven ability to provide excellent customer service;
the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal;
demonstrated personal initiative, flexibility and problem-solving ability; and
demonstrated ability to function as a member of a dynamic team with high calibre time management skills.
