About the role
- Responsible for providing, developing and maintaining an efficient, effective, ethical and confidential administrative and secretarial support service to Medical and Older Persons Service. This position operates with a high degree of independence in performing the duties of the position while maintaining open channels of communication between all staff within the department and other members of multidisciplinary teams.
- To provide accurate and timely information and assistance to clients and staff within the Health Service District and external agencies. Provide an effective reception service.
- The position is required to make administrative decisions relating to the interpretation of Department policies and procedures.
