Put simply, we import materials, process it into different forms, and sell it to top manufacturers around Australia and internationally. We are currently on the lookout for a Warehouse Administrationfor our Bibra Lake office. This role is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday.
Working hours will rotate week on the week:
Week 1: Monday to Friday 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM
Week 2: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Position responsibilities & duties will include:
- Documentation and support for inter & intrastate freight; metro and international freight.
- Creating shipments in Pronto
- Reporting discrepancies with Logistics & Order Originator.
- Preparing freight costings - adding freight costs to transfers
- Approving freight invoices for payment
- Arranging custom clearance documents and tariff information
- Following up with PO originators for outstanding documentation
For this exciting and hands-on role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Intermediate logistical skills
- Intermediate IT skills – Computer literacy
- Displayed level of prioritizing and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Warehousing procedures and functions
- Basic knowledge of purchase ordering
- Basic knowledge of import practice & documentation
- Professional customer service
