Qualifications & experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- Capable with Microsoft Office including Outlook
- Highly innovative, organised and motivated
- Time management
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
- Willingness to challenge yourself
Tasks & responsibilities
- Scanning documents onto Cargo Wise
- General Data Entry
- Processing Orders and receivables
- Booking Bio Security Inspections and Fumigations
- Customer service & general administrative duties
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Assist in maintaining existing clientele
