We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administration Support Officer on a Part Time (minimum 25 hours per week) basis to support our Warehousing Team at MyVitner.

Your Day to Day
- Goods receivals - confirming items & numbers. Marking pallets for ownership prior to put away.
- Enter goods into our Vintrace system
- Entering Purchase Orders in system
- Organizing dispatch
- Liaising and coordinating with other areas and parts of warehouse
- Undertaking stock takes
- Set up of workflows
About you:
- Demonstrate strong administration skills including proficiency in MS Office (excel and word)
- Have an attitude of teamwork and collaboration
- A strong and friendly phone and email manner
- Have excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of raising a purchase order
