MEDLOG WA are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administration Officer.
Role:
- Full time.
- Full on the job training provided.
- Enjoy working with a friendly and supportive team.
Duties:
- First point of contact for all clients
- Process and coordinate all 3rd party logistics loads.
- Maintain accurate stock inventory (Stocktakes, client discrepancies etc.)
- Enter incoming stock, including measuring, weighing, and labelling all stock
- Schedule container unpacks within the system
- Prepare unpack paperwork for warehouse team
- Coordinate all exports, planning, documentation, and system processing
- Capture and enter all relevant additional charges
- Manage bookings and couriers for customer collections and deliveries
- Planning day to day tasks for yard staff as directed by the Warehouse Manager
- Damage reporting including downloading photos, compile & advise client
About You
- Previous experience in a Transport & Logistics administrator role is highly regarded;
- Highly organised and have a structured approach to tasks which is target-oriented and outcomes-focused;
- Good time management skills with a high attention to detail and customer focus;
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills;
- Previous experience working towards KPI’s and targets;
- Proven history of providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
