Warehouse Administration Officer

MEDLOG WA are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administration Officer. 

Role:

• Full time.
• Full on the job training provided.
• Enjoy working with a friendly and supportive team.

Duties:

• First point of contact for all clients 
• Process and coordinate all 3rd party logistics loads.
• Maintain accurate stock inventory (Stocktakes, client discrepancies etc.)
• Enter incoming stock,  including measuring, weighing, and labelling all stock 
• Schedule container unpacks within the system
• Prepare unpack paperwork for warehouse team
• Coordinate all exports, planning, documentation, and system processing
• Capture and enter all relevant additional charges
• Manage bookings and couriers for customer collections and deliveries
• Planning day to day tasks for yard staff as directed by the Warehouse Manager
• Damage reporting including downloading photos, compile & advise client

About You

• Previous experience in a Transport & Logistics administrator role is highly regarded;
• Highly organised and have a structured approach to tasks which is target-oriented and outcomes-focused;
• Good time management skills with a high attention to detail and customer focus;
• Efficient and accurate data entry skills;
• Previous experience working towards KPI’s and targets;
• Proven history of providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
