The Job:
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will work closely with the warehouse team, customer service, Marketing and Sales to ensure that all materials movement, shortages, goods and products are captured correctly and in a timely and effective manner.
You will also be responsible for:
- Maintaining Warehouse Office Administration procedures
- Container reconciliation
- The daily production of the warehouse report
- Troubleshooting any orders with stock or customer service issues including damages.
- Stock Management, stock adjustment and stock transfers
- Any other ad hoc admin, with the occasional warehouse duties as required.
*Please note the hours for this role are 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday based onsite.

You will also have:
- Previous admin experience in a warehouse/blue collar environment
- Strong computer skills particularly in Excel and SharePoint
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to communicate with people on all levels
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to be flexible in an ever-changing environment
