The Role
We are on the search for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and self-motivated Warehouse Administrator/Store Person to join the warehouse team in our Sydney Distribution Centre located at Pemulwuy.
The standard hours are 6:30am – 2:15pm + OT as required.

Reporting to the Re-Work Supervisor, key responsibilities include:
- Creating orders using Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Booking in finished product using RF Scanners.
- Internal stock ordering and stock allocation.
- Accurately process orders.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.
- Ensure all orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to support overall efficiency.
- Occasionally work on the production lines.
About You:
- Computer literacy, in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Be prepared to pay attention to detail and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent listening & communication skills.
- Be a flexible team player.
- Be a self-starter with a solution focus.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude.
- The ability to multitask and follow up is essential to your success in this role.
