Details: Calwell High School is seeking a Corporate Manager passionate about public education and community engagement. The successful candidate must be adept at building an administrative team that fosters a welcoming environment for families and students and is capable of effectively managing the complex finances and resources of our school.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in connecting our school with the broader community, nurturing relationships with families, the School Board, and the Parents & Citizens Association. Your ability to engage stakeholders will be instrumental in creating a supportive and inclusive school environment where student voice is key.
You will lead our administrative and support team, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional support to our students and community. Your leadership will encourage collaboration and inclusivity, making Calwell High a place where staff, families and students feel valued and supported.
With a flare and love of finance, your expertise in financial management will be essential in ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to support our educational goals. You will lead compliance with government policies to ensure the business operations are meeting the ethical and legislative standards. Leading with a strategic approach with senior leadership, you will make decisions to maximise our resources and provide the best possible opportunities for our students.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:
- Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
- Asbestos Awareness Training is a mandatory requirement of this role and must be completed prior to or on commencement of this role.
